Getting Ready For A Party: Maple Mustard Salmon Bites

It’s party day!

While you read this I’m likely furiously cleaning and tossing random things into various drawers and closets.

I also have a terrible habit.

The day of a party I always panic that we aren’t going to have enough food (there’s always too much) and I make a few extra just in case.

This is where my yummy little Maple Mustard Salmon Bites come in.

Made in a flash and with ingredients that are in the house.

I start with maple syrup and dijon mustard mixed together and then half put to the side.

Chunks of salmon are added and sesame seeds.  Baked on a cookie sheet on top of parchment paper for 5 minutes, you’re done in a flash.

Have a gorgeous Friday night.

  1. Pinned it! My daughter and I would both love these!

I canned until 2AM. I used your recipe, and I watched the video on the mason jar website. I hope I don’t kill anyone, LOL! The persimmon butter tasted great. I used 4 cups persimmons, 4 cups honeycrisp apples, and 4 cups pears (variety of them).
